Dawn talks with her husband, Mike, the founder and roast master of Convoy Road Coffee Roasters, about their business in 2022. Mike and Dawn were met with numerous personal challenges and a few tragedies in 2022 but overcame them all to still achieve 74% growth in just their second year in business. Dawn offers tips throughout the conversation that every small business can benefit from.
