In this episode…
Who is Anne Leah and whom does she serve? (1:10).
Let's just talk about the roles and responsibilities audit (2:10).
With the lead into this idea of quarterly planning, how often do you think people should assess the roles and how they're being done in their business? (3:36).
How making sure we're assessing those team roles and responsibilities in the light of doing an actual strategic plan is often overlooked (4:42).
What are the other areas that we need to look at inside strategic planning before we sit down with a pen and paper? (8:43).
So inside the quarterly planning, what should we be planning for or on versus something like when somebody says strategic plan what does this one need to look like and what is the end result we're trying to get to? (12:40).
What can we do for a quick win in a backlog project, what kinds of things could we consider quick wins if it's not necessarily tied to increasing revenue? (14:51)
When we first started doing the episode planning that freedom and scalability are reliant 100% on having these things in place but I'm thinking in my head what is the additional time commitment or is there an additional time commitment or is this something that once you put it into practice it just becomes something you do? (19:03)
Let's talk about building in maybe some flexibility or someplace where an opportunity comes up that wasn't on your radar last quarter things like that, how do we build this plan so that we can also respond appropriately to market changes or opportunities (23:14).
