There are some businesses that will put a post out on Facebook and you know inside your analytics you can even see how many people have seen that post and then how many people have commented. So, is that kind of good information that we should start with if we're starting from zero? (03:15)
You went to Google I know that a lot of businesses claim their Google profiles or business profiles but I don't know that people actually open the emails and look at what those profiles are telling them as far as data goes so just on the Google side what they present to you what kinds of things should we maybe give some importance to?(4:52)
What kinds of things do we need to be tracking as far as using the data to either narrow down our ideal clients or using the data to help us decide maybe timing or the things that we need to do to make those conversions into sales? (6:45)
At every single step, we could be collecting data that could help us make business decisions to change something to maybe get a different result at each step. (10:33)
What have you seen from your perspective is a good amount of time to collect this data before you make those changes? (11:34)
Let's say that we do find a flaw at one step or there is something that we realize people are just not going to go past in a process, at that point do we want to change that step of the process only, or how do we reevaluate? (15:04)
Once somebody I guess fills out a form or they were starting to fill out a form and then they didn't want to give you contact information or whatever do we consider that person lost or do we just expect that they're gonna keep sort of following us until they build that trust?(20:24)
