How could I tell the difference whether I am having an upper limit problem, or I'm really just having other struggles and I need to address those first? (4:01)
So this upper limit and being pulled back to comfort would not come with illness or twisted ankles and things. (5:08).
Where else do you see people having those upper limits and getting stuck? (6:17)
I think that a lot of us, even though we have some level of success, have kind of that fear of being judged and we might hold ourselves back. And you're saying that that's an upper limit, not just a level of discomfort. How can we tell the difference? (7:33)
So you keep saying the words safe, small, and secure. Can you explain to us what that means as far as why your brain is doing it in the first place? (9:26)
If we identify that we are not burnt out and we're truly having an upper limit problem, and any of the challenges that we're having with either yo-yo income or maybe team members or something truly is an upper limit. How do we start to first of all recognize that's what we need to do? And second of all, what are the first few steps that we should be taking? (13:38)
